Development takes place along rivers and streams, knowing the flood elevation is information that our Clients and Municipalities want to know. We help clients who are wanting to develop areas next to rivers, clients who want to obtain flood insurance, and clients who want to demonstrate they are not in the floodway. The DES surveyors can help you.
We help areas with no established flood studies.
Not all areas within our communities have established base flood elevations. If your property is located in one of these areas our engineers and surveyors work together to perform hydraulic modeling of flood events and determine a base flood elevation.
