An improvement location certificate.

The required information on a PILC may vary between municipalities and typically shows improvements made to a site. This could be following construction or showing a current properties improvements.

The cost of a survey depends on several factors.

1).  Property Location (e.g. outside of town, in a different county, in a different part of the state)

2). Site Accessibilty – some properties may be developed with roads for access to property corners while some properties may be undeveloped and hard to access.

3). Property Size – lot size can vary. Surveying a 0.25 acre parcel will be significantly less than a 200 acre parcel.

4). Property Configuration – lot configurations can vary. A square lot is a basic configuration where your lot might be more than 4 property corners.
